Kirsten Quick is an energetic fitness expert, successful entrepreneur and the force behind Kirsten QuickFit – a holistic approach to personal training and a healthier lifestyle. Quick is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with more than three decades of experience inspiring, instructing and training clients and leading classes. Quick’s expertise spans virtually all age groups and fitness levels – she’s earned more than 20 specialty certifications which include: Silver Sneakers, Pilates, Spinning, TRX, Kickboxing, Exercise Ball classes and Les Mills’ BodyPump and Body Step and Turbo Kick.
Quick’s underlying passion for helping people feel better and get fit is rooted in her faith. What began as a hobby 25 years ago, has quickly evolved into a full-time career. Over that time, she’s remained steadfast in her commitment to lead by example by empowering clients to be AND become stronger and healthier versions of themselves – inside and out.
Quick is versatile and customized in her approach toward each client or class – specializing in older adults, youth and men and women. Being curious about the latest and greatest techniques makes it easy for Quick to stay on the leading edge of fitness trends and meet the unique demands of her clients. Quick leads virtual online classes, as well as in-person bootcamps and training sessions for individuals and groups.
Several years ago. I started a YouTube Fitness Channel: Kirsten QuickFit. I have nearly 3K subscribers, and a Patreon private membership group with 25 members.
I have earned several Athletics And Fitness Association Of America (AFAA) group fitness certifications over the years, and recently earned another one for Fit Bodies.
I am currently an Ambassador for several Charlotte area businesses.
